1. Responsible use

Use LibreGuard lawfully. Keep your credentials, recovery codes, and VPN configurations safe. You are responsible for your account's activity.

• Do not disrupt or abuse the service.
• Do not bypass plan, device, access, or payment limits.
• Never send passwords, recovery codes, or private configurations to support.

2. Plans and purchases

Free and Pro features, limits, and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Check the offer at checkout.

You can subscribe through Apple, Google Play, Creem, or Monero, depending on your platform and purchase route. Purchase and subscription records let us provide and restore Pro access.

Refund requests follow the purchase channel's process and the Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

3. Account deletion and subscriptions

Request deletion in Settings → Delete Account on iOS or macOS, or on the account deletion page. Sign-in and confirmation may be required.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel renewals in Apple's subscription settings.

4. Availability and changes

Speeds, destinations, and availability can vary. Features, locations, prices, and these terms may change. We aim to identify important policy changes.
